How to pay, where your invoices are, and how VAT is shown.

Card payments go through Stripe's secure checkout; Karat never sees or stores your card number.
Prices on the site are before VAT; the checkout shows the VAT separately.
Every confirmed booking gets an invoice by email, and it's on the booking under Payments (download as PDF).
Refunds get a credit note, linked to the original invoice.
A payment failed or a checkout expired? We email you; open the booking and pay again.
