- Reminders arrive before the day and on the morning (by email, and WhatsApp once it's live). Under 18? Your guardian gets them too.
- My bookings → the booking → The day has your arrival time, the circuit and a map link, and the people looking after you (engineer, mechanic, hospitality anchor) with call and message buttons.
- Bring what the checklist on that page says, usually: your race kit (or hire it when you book), your licence if the car needs one, ID, and comfortable clothes for the paddock.
- Your engineer briefs you on the plan; your mechanic checks the car out before you drive.
- Something wrong? Call your hospitality anchor, or raise a Request in the app.
