Your availability
Mark the days you can work, one at a time or in ranges. Available days are offered first when Karat staffs a test day, and unavailable days are never offered.
Invitations to your phone
Each invitation arrives by WhatsApp with the date, circuit, call time and fee, and you accept or decline from the link without logging in.
Test-day mode
On the day, one phone screen gives you the checklist, the car, session logging, kit and incident reporting.
Paid for every day
Your earnings page shows the fees for the days you've worked, what Karat has paid you and what's still to come. Each payment comes with a remittance advice.
Join the crew
Apply online and tell us what you do and where you're based. Before your first day Karat checks your right to work, and you sign the Freelance Services Agreement online.
